Privacy Policy

Capwise collects only the data needed to operate the service (account details, subscription status, and basic usage logs). Payments are processed by PayFast; we do not store card details.

  • Data: account details, contact info, subscription status, usage logs.
  • Use: provide the system, process payments, send service emails.
  • Sharing: only with providers needed to deliver the service.
  • Security: HTTPS and restricted access.
  • Retention: kept while active; invoices retained as required by law.
  • Rights: request access/correction/deletion via 071 363 7552.

Refund & Delivery Policy

Delivery: Digital service. Access is provisioned within 1–3 business days after payment (or immediately for automated plans).

Refunds: If we cannot deliver as scoped, request a full refund within 7 days of payment. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are not refundable for partially used periods. Cancel anytime to stop future billing.

  • Keep credentials secure and notify us of breaches.

  • No illegal content or abuse of the service.
  • We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 3 months (to the extent permitted by law).
  • Governing law: South Africa.
